Bollywood Film Director Yash Chopra died due to dengue fever in hospital in Mumbai yesterday. Yash Chopra was admitted in the Mumbai hospital after diagnosing the dengue fever. He was well known with the name ‘King of Romance’ in the Bollywood Film Industry.
He was making his film ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’, in which Shahrukh Khan, Katrina Kaif, and Anushka Sharma are playing the leading role, but while making of this movie, the director Yash Chopra died, who was suffering from dengue fever.
Chopra has made a lot of romantic and emotional movies; some of his tragic movies became a part of Bollywood blockbusters.
Chopra who attended the birthday party of legendary Amitab Bachan on 11th October, had been admitted in the hospital due to dengue attack. But as it was a major attack of dengue fever, he couldn’t live long and passed away on 21st October in the hospital.
The native and mother country of Chopra is Pakistan, as he was born in Lahore, Pakistan in 1932. He has left behind his wife Pamela and two sons Udhay Chopra and Aditya Chopra. He had a name in the Bollywood Film Industry, as he was a expert director of Bollywood Movies. In his Bollywood career, he made 22 movies, and some of them are Bollywood Blockbusters.
While talking with Shahrukh Khan, Yash Chopra said that the film ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ is his last movie, and after that Chopra will not make any movie. The whole Bollywood industry is mourned upon Yash Chopra’s death as it is a huge loss for Bollywood Cinema, who has lost the stunning and veteran director.
